Design Management
It involves coordinating and overseeing the various aspects of the design phase to ensure that the
project meets its objectives in terms of quality, cost, schedule, and client satisfaction. Our
architect will ensure minimum loss of area in designing the plan. Also we will ensure that all rooms
have cross ventilation and flow of lights.
Compliances & Legal
The scope of legal assignment will include assistance to the Society on all legal issues involved
throughout the project. We shall assist the society in the preparation and finalization of
Development Agreement and Permanent Alternate Accommodate Agreement. Our services will also include
drafting of various legal documents and contracts that may have to be executed in the process with
the Developers.
