Phase II

Tendering & Developer Evaluation

Value based evaluation of developers, consultants and contractor based on his/her past performance and track record is done. Respective experts and capabilities are mapped to required project needs

• Preparation of Tender Documents done by our Legal Team
• Floating tenders and Inviting Bids
• Comparative statements by our financial team
• Evaluation and Shortlisting of developers & contractors +Site Visits
• Negotiating with the developers
• Selection of developer in presence of the Sub-Registrar
• Legal Support at the time of Development Agreement
• Legal Support for Individual Agreement
• Architects' support for finalizing different plans submitted by the Developer
• Verification of documents upto IOD certificate stage.

Phase III

Project Monitoring and supervision

Our Project Monitoring empower society members to monitor progress of the project closely without having to visit the site every now and then. Making visible every process brings more clarity and transparency across the project lifecycle

Technical Supervision

• Verification of documents from C.C to O.C stage
• Cross checking and verifying various Structural Plans as approved by MCGM
• Ensuring Regular Quality Control Measures such as NDT Testing Dedicated on-site supervisor 24x7
• Regular Scrutiny of Reports, Bar Chart by our Engineers & Architects
• Live project monitoring by installing CCTVs on site Fortnightly site meetings
